We currently offer two easy ways to begin your puppy reservation.
Option 1 — Reserve a Puppy Through Our Reservation System
This is the fastest and most organized way to reserve one of our available puppies.
Step 1 — Choose Your Puppy
Browse our available puppies and select the puppy you would like to reserve. You will find the “Start Reservation” button on the:
- The available puppies page
- The individual puppy page
Once clicked, the selected puppy will automatically be added to your Reservation Cart.
Step 2 — Proceed to Reservation
After adding your puppy to the reservation cart, click the “Proceed to Reservation” button.
You will then be redirected to our secure Reservation Form page.
Please note:
- This is not an instant checkout system
- Submitting the form does not automatically complete a purchase
- Every reservation request is manually reviewed by our team
Step 3 — Complete the Reservation Form
You required to fill out the reservation form with your details, including:
- Full name
- Contact information
- Address
- Additional notes or questions
The reservation page will display:
- Puppy details
- Total puppy price
- Reservation summary
- Payment method information
Step 4 — Reservation Payment Method
Currently, we use:
Direct Bank Transfer (Pay After Reservation Approval)
No immediate payment is required to submit your reservation request.
After reviewing your submission, our team will contact you within a few hours via phone or email to:
- Verify puppy availability
- Review your reservation request
- Answer your questions
- Provide secure bank transfer instructions for your deposit/payment
This process helps us maintain safe and verified reservations while ensuring each puppy goes to a suitable home.
Step 5 — Submit Reservation Request
Once your information is completed, click the:
“Submit Reservation Request” button
After submission:
- Your request enters our review system
- Our team will contact you shortly
- Reservation approval depends on puppy availability and successful communication
Option 2 — Direct Inquiry or WhatsApp Reservation
We also offer a faster direct-contact option for customers who prefer personal communication.
You may:
- Send an inquiry directly from the puppy page
- Contact us through WhatsApp
This option allows you to:
- Ask questions instantly
- Request additional photos/videos
- Join a video call
- Confirm puppy availability
- Discuss shipping and delivery options
- Receive reservation guidance directly from our team
Our team responds as quickly as possible to help you through the reservation process.
Puppy Availability
Because our puppies are highly requested, availability may change quickly. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee final approval until confirmed by our team.
